All initial orders will be shipped out the same day to address as
provided by the customer within 24-48 hours, Monday thru Friday by 3
PM Eastern Time (EST). As a precaution customer address will be
automatically verified in our system to make sure it is valid. If
address comes back as invalid, we will make further attempts to contact
the customer and verify the information. If you choose COD, we will contact you prior to shipment to confirm your kratom order details.
Please allow us an additional 24 hours from the time your order is processed to provide you with a tracking number. Once you have the tracking number please allow time for it to enter the USPS or Fedex system and register. All orders can be directly tracked within your account that you created upon making the purchase or directly at the USPS website.
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders. The free
shipping option should present itself in the form of an option during

All domestic orders are shipped the same day via USPS or Fedex and usually take 2-3 business days to deliver. We do not ship our products to the following states due to legal restrictions: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Wisconsin, Vermont, Rhode Island, Washington D.C., Sarasota County – FL, Oceanside & San Diego – CA, Jerseyville – IL, Union County – MS.
We ship only to the United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. We cannot ship internationally.
KRATOM LIFE RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We will accept returns if it is due to damage that is our fault or manufacturers defect. We prefer not to accept returns of our product due to the fact that we cannot resell it. Although we will listen to all cases, should the need arise, refunds may be possible within 3 days of purchase. If your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to cancel your order then please email us at email@example.com and we will do our utmost to accommodate you. We cannot promise that we can intercept it though if its already been processed.
MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you are missing an item, or the item you receive is damaged then please contact us and we will send out a replacement free of any shipping costs to you. If a refund is deemed necessary then we will manually refund your transaction or the appropriate amount for the returned items.
CHARGEBACKS AND BAD CHECKS
As most issues can be solved easily, we take chargebacks very seriously and will consider them fraud. Chargebacks will be taken to the full extent of law, and will subject the client to being put on the no sell list.
